I have a 2005 3.0L TD Patrol Wagon. The first item I wanted to buy for it were some MSA Seat Covers. After contacting MSA they advised me to go to ARB Thomastown, I advised them I had a bad dealing with them previously, to which they told me that the business had changed hands. About an hour later I received a call from Andy, introducing himself as the new owner of ARB Thomastown. From that call on, I have never looked anywhere else for parts, accessories, service or advice.

The team at Thomastown always greet me as if I where a long standing friend. Because I use my car for work and play I can’t afford to be without it for more than a day or so, and it needs to be very reliable, my service intervals come around pretty regularly, so I’m in and out of the place pretty regularly, and every time the guys ensure that my car is serviced and ready to go. I have never had a problem that they couldn’t fix.

There was one occasion where I felt that there service went above and beyond, I was on an extended trip to Cape York, I was 2 days from Cairns in the middle of nowhere and the engine just shut down, it was about 5minutes to 5 on a Friday afternoon. I still had phone coverage so I called the only people I knew would be able to get me going again. After a quick call to Mark, he and the others in the office decided it was likely to be a faulty D-Tronic, I disconnected it and sure enough I was up and going again, they also advised me that when I get to Cairns to go straight to the ARB store as there would be another D-Tronic waiting for me there, and sure enough it was.

There is no doubt, these guys are the best in the business, I would recommend them to anyone.
